Bottoms Up!, originally uploaded by Mojo Denbow’s Photo Studio.

Spring has been here in Birmingham for about a month and it just gets better and better here. Outside the office building is a big lake stocked with fish and various geese, ducks. Here’s a shot of a goose diving down for a meal.
For us, we go to our local pubs/bars/clubs. So since it is Friday, bottoms up!

Zooomr 3.0 Coming Soon

Zooomr

Zooomr, the brilliant photo hosting site that previously offered unique features such as portals, voice recordings, geomaps with Google is almost done releasing Mark III. This new release is supposed to have over 250  new features including the ability to sell your work as photo stock. On top of all this, Zooomr will allow you to load unlimited photo storage at any resolution size!

What I am hoping to see is an integrated photo uploader as opposed to the current 3rd party offering that is iffy and holds me back from loading as many photos as desired.

My question is, how does founder, lone coder Kris Tate do it? What is driving all of this innovation, server space and generosity?

When Mark III is released, I’ll wait at least a week and then try to hit him up with some Q & A!

In the meantime, keep up the brilliant work, pace yourself and get some rest, Kris.

IPSA April Event- Adobe Creative Suite 3

ipsa A new era in creative expression is about to unfold, freeing us to color outside the lines, to think in multiple dimensions, to engage audiences like never before. Please join us at this special meeting that will include the first opportunity in the area to see how Adobe Creative Suite 3, being officially announced on March 27th, will change the lives of professional web designers and developers everywhere.

During this two-hour session, Greg Rewis, Sr. Worldwide Web Tools Evangelist from Adobe, will bring us all up to speed on the latest features of the new products and what these features mean in real-world web workflows.

Following Greg’s presentation, CSS-expert and Standardista Stephanie Sullivan, will get us all psyched about designing for standards with CSS using Dreamweaver.

And, in case all of this is not enough to you excited, we’ll also be giving away a copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 to be shipped to the lucky winner upon its release!

How-To Install Ubuntu Linux on Windows Vista

OK, so the title is deceiving, my apologies. This is not an article or a how-to tutorial but rather a call for help. Any tips/tricks/suggestions on how to move the progress bar beyond this point? After three tries, no success.

Dog Tired

Allie Sleeps On My Pillow

Hey gang, thanks for sticking it out and waiting for a new post here. I am still trying to figure out how to manage my new job, pregnant wonderwife and have time for self. It is a great mental workout which leaves little time for blogging. My brain and body are tired trying to adjust.

There are TONS to talk about and will be discussed here soon (today, tomorrow?)

Hope you are well!
